TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1 THESE TERMS

1.1 These are the terms and conditions on which we supply Furniture Items (“Products”) to you through our website (our “Platform”).

1.2 Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide Products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms or require any changes, please contact us to discuss.

1.3 By using our Platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using our Platform as a representative of an entity, you are agreeing to these terms on behalf of that entity.

2 INFORMATION ABOUT US AND HOW TO CONTACT US

2.1 We are Luxa Collections Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore. Our unique entity number is 202319810N and our store is located at 315 Outram Rd #13-09, Singapore, Singapore, 169074.

2.3 We are the data controller in relation to our Platform and are responsible for your personal data. Please refer to our privacy policy which is available at luxacollections.com/privacy-policy for information about what personal data we collect and what we do with it. It is important that you read our privacy policy, which may be updated from time to time, and understand how we use your information and the rights that you have about your information.

2.4 If we have to contact you, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us.

2.5 When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes emails.

3 OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

3.1 You may place orders with us as instructed on our Platform. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

3.2 If we are unable to meet a delivery deadline, we will contact you and update you on the proposed arrangement.

3.3 We will assign an order number to each order. Please tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.

4 OUR PRODUCTS

4.1 The colors of the products depicted on our platform are for illustrative purposes only. Despite our best efforts to accurately represent these colors, we do not guarantee that the colors displayed on your device will precisely match those of the actual products. Therefore, minor color variations may exist between the illustrated images and the purchased products.

4.2 Please be advised that the dimensions of the products showcased on our platform are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy in presenting these dimensions, slight variations may occur. We cannot guarantee that the dimensions displayed on your device will exactly correspond to those of the physical products. It is recommended to refer to the product specifications and measurements provided in the product descriptions for precise details.

4.3 All bespoke furniture orders are subject to confirmation. The client is responsible for approving the final design specifications, including dimensions, materials, and finishes, before production commences. You can find information and tips on how to measure by contacting us.

5 YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES

If you wish to make a change to the Product you have ordered, please contact us. We have full discretion whether or not to accept the changes. We will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. 

6 PROVIDING THE PRODUCTS

6.1 We will deliver the Products to the address as specified in your order as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within twelves (12) week(s) after the day on which we accept your order. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our Platform.

6.2 We will deliver the Products to you on or about the delivery dates as scheduled. In the event of a delay, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.

6.3 If you have asked to collect the Products from our premises, you can collect them at the address we specify at any time during 11.00 a,m. to 6.00 p.m.

6.4 If no one is available at the address as specified in your order to take delivery, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract.

7 PRODUCT DEFECTS

7.1 We warrant that on delivery, the Products will:

(a) be of merchantable or satisfactory quality;

(b) be fit for purpose held out by us;

(c) be free from material defects in design, material and workmanship; and

(d) conform with their description given on our Platform in all material aspects.

7.2 On delivery, confirmation of products in satisfactory quality will be conducted. Once confirmed, all products are strictly non-cancellable and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

8 PRICE AND PAYMENT

8.1 While we strive to ensure the accuracy of our pricing, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website, promotional materials, or order confirmation. In the event of a pricing error, we will promptly notify you before processing your order. You will have the option to proceed with the corrected price or cancel the order without any obligation.

8.2 We accept payment By Bank Transfer, Online Payment Methods and Major Credit and Debit Cards.

8.3 You must pay for the Products before we despatch them.

8.4 If you think an invoice is wrong please contact us promptly to let us know.

9 USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you register or otherwise use our Platform, you provide us with personal data which is collected and used in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy which is accessible at ‘luxacollections.com/privacy-policy’. It is important that you read our privacy policy, which may be updated from time to time, and understand how we use your information and the rights that you have about your information.

10 ENTIRE AGREEMENT

10.1 These terms constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to your purchase.

These terms supersede and extinguish all other agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between us, whether written or oral, in relation to your purchase.

10.2 You acknowledge that you will have no remedies in respect of any statement, representation, assurance or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in these terms.
